Frequently Asked Questions1. Question: How quickly do you ship? Answer: It depends on how quickly the emails go back and forth when editing the proofs. Usually from ordering to your door it takes 2 to 2 1/2 weeks on average. We can get them faster to you if necessary, but the process can take longer as well. 2. Question: Can I send in a check instead? Answer: Yes we take checks. Please email us at Customerservice@citrinedesigns.com for more information. 3. Question: What does the process involve? Answer: First an order is placed online. Then we create a proof usually within 3 business days (Unless it's noted that our office is closed which happens a few times a year) to your email address. After you review the proof, changes and corrections can be sent back to us. We will revise the proof and send it back to you. This may go back and forth several times until the final proof is approved by you for printing. Once they are printed then they are assembled and shipped. Shipping time is 1-3 businessdays by priority mail for most items. 4. Question: How quickly will a sample be sent? Answer: Usually we get these shipped out the next business day after they are ordered, but it can take up to one week to delivery. They are sent by first class 1-5 business day delivery. The closer you live to New York the quicker they will arrive to you. 5. Question: Are you willing to create a new product for me? Answer: Most likely yes.
