When your package is delivered an email is sent with tracking information. All packages are sent by priority 1-3 business day delivery except for samples which are sent by first class 1-5 business day delivery.

All packages are sent from New York City, New York zip code 11357 Citrine Designs is not open to the public and is an Internet-based business. We are looking to open a new location in summer 2011 in Queens, NY

We package all items with care in new boxes with tissue paper.
